Hi All are there any rehabbers or wholesalers in the DC metro area?  How have you found the market over the last few months?  Are your regular cash buyers still buying?  Have they changed their buying parameters?     

I live in the San Antonio Texas real estate market opportunties here are rated nationally as the highest.
