Two specific questions: First- The 14% that a private or hard money lender charges me to borrow his money- how is that calculated? If he loans me 50,000 for 6 months would his rate be $7000? What are you trying to accomplish? I'm in north Louisiana, but don't mind helping people out. If you'll be more specific maybe I can give you a few pointers about rehabbing. Just joined this forum but have over thirty years experience with real estate, construction, financing, etc.
