I'm impressed with the content that has been shared in these forums over the last few years. Several of you truly have a desire to help the new investors by answering their questions and taking them under your wing. Please keep it up.
In the past people have advertised everything from sneakers to houses in these forums. If you have a wholesale deal for sale please post it in the proper state and county in which it exists. If you want to advertise sneakers or anything else please post on craigs list or some other classified advertising web site. That won't be allowed here any more.
The structure for a post should be as follows:
Body of post with relevant information to the topic, please don't invite other users to join your list or visit your web site etc.... If another user wants to contact you they can get your contact info. from your signature line or they can PM with you. This is the format that we'll use so we don't get a bunch of sales letters as posts. I've created an example of an acceptable signature line below.
