    Building Buyers list

        I'm just starting out and looking to build my buyers list. I live in The Ventura County area in CA. and

    would like to start Networking with others in this community. If you would like to be on my buyers list please

    let me know. I'm looking forward working with like minded people like yourselves and hopefully close my first

    If you wanna build your buyers list then you should gain your market and trying to be best. You could definitely build your buyers list with some efforts. I hope you should go ahead. Best of luck.

    One way to create a buyer's list is to post one of your wholesale deals on rehablist in the county that the property is in, some rehablist users post in the neighboring counties as well.  Make sure you collect the important data from each investor that calls such as name, phone number, and email address, also get the types of properties they invest in, zip codes, if they rehab, buy and hold etc...the more data the better, then add them to your buyer's list.  Please don't post an ad for people to join your buyer's list in the forum.  The forum is for good educational content, I don't mind if you put your contact info. in your signature line.  Investors can join your buyer's list from there.  Thanks for posting.  I'm here to help.
